[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received fry pan and was surprised by quality of make. Great weight to pan, handles are very sturdy and wide. Easy to handle and seems very safe. Works very well and proves to be exactly as Zwilling advertises.

Love, but coating bubbles

Love, love this pan and have bought twice and had one replaced by Food52, but the coating bubbles. I am careful, use low to medium low heat, no metal and don't put in the dishwasher or oven. I have loved all three and if they could fix the coating problem would buy forever.

Nice Lightweight

This was a fabulous find. I was searching for a lightweight pan because I am disabled. Liked that it is made in Italy, and is very well priced. This pan heats beautifully, and cooks everything even chicken breasts, to a nice golden color. The non stick coating is second to none, and can even be used with metal utensils. Use this pan for just about everything. An all day pan that works just as well making pancakes, as it does searing a nice pork chop.
I would recommend this to a friend!
