Made in Italy, this PTFE coating with an added plasma primer offers a more advanced nonstick coating. The stay cool handles are a moulded material and there are no rivets inside the pan to disrupt cooking and cleaning.

Absolutely amazing. We got rid of our old pan and chose this as our one nonstick pan after a lot of research - it’s recommended by Bon Appetit and many other independent chefs. Totally nonstick, with a good heft to it. It’s obviously a quality piece that will last for a long while with good care and I would recommend it to anyone!

My pan arrived and the handle is loose. I really wanted to like this pan but with a loose handle it just reminds me how I spent so much and I'm disappointed.

Very sturdy pan but still nice to hold. I do like that there is no screw or rivet inside the cooking area so that it cleans nicely. There is still a screw on the handle, but it's on the outside of the pan below the handle (I'll be watching that for rust, but expect no issues as I do not soak it or wash it in the dishwasher). I haven't had it long but so far it's a great cooking surface! Grilled cheese and pancakes have both slid right off when done cooking.

The non-stick properties in this pan are phenomenal. I decided after reading the reviews I would use non metal utensils and pay attention use only medium heat when I use this pan. Excited to find a reasonably priced non-stick pan that is made in Italy. Such easy clean up too.

A lot of people are still wary of non stick cookware.Thats because they havent tried this next generation. PFOA free and metal utensil safe. The handle is very comfortable as well. I recently redid my kitchen and added an induction range.There arent many quality non sticks that are made for induction.....another plus for this line.....great item
