I love the pouring rims, so I do not have to worry about making a big mess. Also, love the all black coating. This Italian fry pan is really a great non-stick option. The clean up is so easy. Everything just wipes out!

Great Non-Stick Pan!

I love using this pan for stir fries because it is wide, but also deep. I don't have to use oil, so my food is not greasy and always tastes fresh. The fact that the handle is made out of plastic makes it stay cool, which is wonderful.

The 3 coats of DuraSlide, which is a granite therefore non-toxic, is a fantastic non-stick. Seen on FoodNetwork as top pick in 2019. Forged aluminum heats quickly/evenly. Cleans like a breeze!

This pan has moved to the top of our pan family! It does everything beautifully. From perfect eggs-over-easy, sautéed pork chops, stir-fry, veggies...all that! We are buying the universal lid next. I’d recommend buying a set with the lid for first time buyers. You’ll be so happy with this purchase!
