Received this as a gift and I can say these are one of the best non stick skillet pans! I received the 9 and 11 inch. They are very sturdy and are excellent to cook with. I feel like these two sizes are great staples to have in the kitchen. Can’t wait to get more.

Best non stick pan I have ever used. Very even heat distribution from the first application of heat whether gas or electric. Cleaning easy as expected. And one more small thing. There are no bolt heads on the inner edge of pan eliminating a small nuisance. On the negative side, the shipping packaging was overfilled with bubble wrap in an over sized box. Hardly a fragile product, there must be smaller, recyclable solution. Get with it Zwilling!

Like the thickness of these fry pans for their heat retention. Great searing, browning and even cooking. Excellent non-stick surface for doing egg dishes and absence of rivets makes for easy clean up.

I absolutely love my Italian made Madura fry pan. This five layer nonstick fry pan is amazing and really releases the food so well. It can get a nice sear on meat which is not always something you can get with nonstick pans. It has a great weight to it, and I love that the pan doesn’t have rivets. I use this everyday, I love the size of the 11” and it still looks like new after owning it for two years. I loved it so much, I bought this for my friend and she uses it all the time and loves it!

Good deep skillet.

Perfect for making dishes with a bit more sauce to the recipe. I use this for chicken marsala and shrimp scampi. Plenty of room to add the pasta and it won't spill over the edge of the pan.The handle is sold and comfortable to hold.
I do not put this in the oven and I do not cook with this on super high heat!
