I purchased the Zwilling 11 inch nonstick frying pan six months ago and it has been great. Unlike the other nonstick pans I have purchased, this one is really nonstick. The added bonus is that it also is very easy to cleanup.
After having been through about half dozen non stick pans which were not really non stick I came upon this review in the New York Times where an egg aficionado Paul Theroux says that this is a pan "...from which the omelet ripples to the plate like a silk handkerchief."

This pan has really lived up to its reputation. Highly recommended!
I' ve just begun using this skillet and so far I couldn't be more pleased. Food releases well and clean up is easy. The quality seems to be superb. Longevity is yet unknown but I'm guessing it's great. I considered many nonstick skillets before I happened on this one. So happy I did!
Starting with a handle that feels really good and never gets hot. The pan itself conducts the heat (we use gas) very well and heats absolutely evenly. Cleaning is a breeze just wipe it out and it's ready to go.
I have some very expensive nonstick pans. Saw this one written up in Bon Appetit and, given the cost, thought I would try it. I so far love it. It has a balanced feel, good look, great nonsticking capabilities and can ise metal utensils. I will try it out some more and, if still great, will buy another!
