When my large one of an inferior brand finally looked bad enough, I was relieved and excited to get this larger Madura Plus to replace it. I am confident it will last a long time, as my smaller Madura still looks brand new after almost daily use.

My spouse is great at making omelettes but no other pan has the level of nonstick really needed. They come out perfect every time in this pan.
