[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has a really good weight in your hand and feels solid and sturdy. Perfect size for stir fries and cooking for multiple people and feels like quality materials. After some use there was some delamination but is Zwilling took care of the warranty and sent a new one no problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great nonstick skillet!

We have owned their knives for over 25 years and their performance has been superb! I have every reason to expect the same from this pan. I love the sturdiness of the handle, the fact that it is a SAFE cooking surface, unlike Teflon, and that it is not made in China. Win, win, win!!

Risotto with zero mess. Eggs slide out like magic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made risotto and it did not stick at all with extremely easy clean up.
I made 1 over easy egg using less then 1/4 tsp bacon grease for flavor It cooked great and cleaned up perfectly (even in spots with no grease). The fried egg flipped with no sticking. I also made 1 scrambled egg with no added grease which came out great. Both eggs slid out of the pan like magic.

I like the: cool handle; light weight; , pan depth; gentle angle with generous flat bottom; and size (11”) of the pan. It distributed the heat very well

Best pan ever

The 9” can be use to do eggs, omelettes, one portion meals, etc. The larger one we use it for one dish meals for 2 and 4 people. Both are fantastic. Handle ca go in the oven. Easy clean. Even cook. What’s not like

Sleek and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the set of two pans to replace old pans that were well past their prime. Have not cooked with them yet, but can say these are sleek looking, sturdy, good heft, but comfortable to hold. Will try to be careful when stacking them to protect the finish, with some sort of liner in between. I wish there was a 3qt sauté pan with lid option!
