[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the pan. Unfortunately our first one dropped off our drying rack, handle broke, and I couldn’t find replacement for it. It was over two years old and worked and looked new, thus this one is a replacement. We have a chef kitchen with over 70 pots and pans. This is one of our favorites.

We were given the 10-inch as a gift and actually bought the entire combo set after for ourselves which has this 11-inch, another 10-inch, an 8-inch and a multi-size top - the combo is an amazing deal!!! The 11-inch is my favorite size. It can be used for almost anything. These pans cook evenly and nothing sticks to them. They make cooking more fun. Cleanup is so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 8”, which is great for two to three over-easy eggs. No pan makes a rolled French omelet better. The 11” can do a dozen easily. Perfect for make-ahead breakfast burritos!

We’ve gone through so many pans that claim to be nonstick, only to be disappointed time and time again. After much research and reading various reviews about the Madura plus, I decided to give it a try. Super happy!
