Purchased the knife recently from a state fair pop-up booth. Knife is extremely sharp. I typically cook my meal and need sharp knives for cutting dense vegetables such as squash and cabbages. It slices nicely

I tried this product in store and LOVED the way the knife felt cutting carrots. Clean easy cuts, a sharp edge, a beautiful stainless steel blade that will be corrosion resistant and a nice balanced feel. I also loved the shape of the handle.
