I had been looking for a quality knife, but could never justify the purchase to myself. Finding this at the warehouse sale was serendipitous. The blade has incredible sharpness and balance, and is comfortable even with lots of prep to complete.

Service was fantastic and the ergonomics of the knives and the edge retention are excellent. I ordered in drawer storage, a steel and sharpening stone, as well. Highly recommend Zwilling professional knives. The design of the bolster assures even sharpening for the life of the knife.
