We've had Zwilling knives for years, but not as high of quality as this new knife. I tested the product slicing tomatoes in store, and was sold! My wife will love this anniversary gift, as will I; we enjoy cooking together! It fits nicely in both our hands and has a nice balance to it. Dinner preparation just got easier and safer! They always say a sharp knife is a safe knife.

This knife is replacing my original chef knife from my first home kitchen. It just got old and died. I love this knife. It's weight, length, sharpness is just what either a pro or a home chef needs !!
