everything I wanted in the kitchen, knife, really puts the pro in professional … it’s sharp, keeps its edge well balanced, and makes cooking such a pleasure.

A thing of beauty 😍 perfectly weighted a true workhorse 🐎 in the kitchen . Got a great deal from from the zwilling outlet. Don't for get to mention your a professional chef for an aadditional 15% savings on total.
