The feel in my hand and the sharpness are wonderful. I love cooking and being in the kitchen and this knife and the others I've purchased make my time in the kitchen even better.

My first one has lasted 15 years and I still am using it daily. I’ve been keeping it sharp and it’s still my favorite knife to use. The new knife is just and great and I look forward to long time with this one.
