I got this knife as a gift from my husband, I am a home cook so I've never had anything to extravagant. Woth working remotely due to COVID I have been in the kitchen testing my skills a lot more! This knife is amazing! I'm looking forward to using this everyday and it is definitely night and day above any knife I have owned!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally, a real chef knife!

This a fabulous work horse in the kitchen. I have prepared meals for more than 50 years and this is absolutely the best knife I have ever worked with. I recommend treating yourself with this knife if you really like to cook and prepared interesting meals.
