Best chef’s knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve worked in kitchens and have used many chef’s knives, however this is the best one I’ve ever used. It has stayed super sharp, has a great weight, and feels very comfortable in my hand.

Great knife, intriguing blade shape.
