Fantastic knife, one for ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great build, akin to German Made expectations. Very broad knife to cut/chop through vegetables in a straight line and that too effortlessly. I requested it as a gift from my wife as I have other knives from the same brand and enjoy cutting and chopping with them. The knife is well balanced with a comfortable grip. Also it is Machine washable such that I occasionally give it a thorough wash, though I tend to hand wash regularly.
The knife feels super well built and seems would last a lifetime.

One Extraordinary Knife

I promise my self in two years I will become such a good cook and my reward will be this knife. Indeed my reward came to me and I have have no regrets about this knife. It is a multi use knife for various things. I followed my instinct, I did my research and I have no regrets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the edge on this chef's knife. While cooking the other day I barely touched the blade with my thumb. The festive vibrant reds were beautifully introduced to the meal adding a level of excitement the meal was lacking... while you'd think this would be upsetting, it wasn't. Rather it added a heightened level of excitement and awe that I felt for me new blade!
On side note, the edge retention has been great as well.
