They always dull and end up becoming the knife tossed furthest in the drawer. The ZWILLING pro not only keeps its edge but is crafted to ensure comfort with the arched bolster and quality handle that provides balance with use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel that this line of knives are the finest manufactured and the only knives I have ever used over the 35 years I’ve been an Executive Chef. This is my fourth 8 inch chef’s knife and cannot wail to put it into action.

Comfortable and stable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is designed which comfort in mind. I have tried to use a chefs grip before when cutting and given up. This knife is sharp and comfortable all at the same time. It has changed my cutting grip and I am increasing my cutting speed.
