[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice balance and feel in the hand. Exceptionally holds its edge if you simply do light maintenance to the blade after each use. Very happy with our Zwilling purchase. Will keep an eye out for other specialty and specialty Zwilling blades going forward .
