[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has such a great weight and feel, when holding it I feel like the Chef I never knew I could be. COVID has let me cook a lot more at home for my wife and I, and her birthday gift to me was this beauty.
10/10 would recommend, get cooking everyone!

In the past I had a different style of Zwilling knives for years that I enjoyed for 20+ years. Slowly they were discarded and replaced with less costly versions. This knife reminds me of why I chose this brand in the first place. You get what you pay for. Truly superior performance! I will be purchasing the entire set !

I like the weight and balance of this knife. It is very sharp and eady to use. It feels equally comfortable holding it with different grips. Slicing carrots is like slicing butter and tomatos slice cleanly as well.
