It seems very sharp hoping it holds it's edge like previous ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted this knife for Christmas and I've got to say it's one of the best knifes I've ever had. Great balance, stays sharp, comfortable to use, and overall excellent quality!
If you're looking for an all round chef knife, this is the one to get!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really impressed with this knife. It slices meat and carrots effortlessly. Love the hold - comfortable and great control. No more pain in my wrist! It’s a bit pricey but then it comes with a lifetime warranty so hoping this is a keeper for a “lifetime.”

I love to cook and my new chefs knife has made easy work of everything I have done since Christmas. Cutting onions and hard potatoes a breeze tough to cut tomatoes no problem. I am literally in love
