A well contoured symmetrical handle and super sharp serrated blade combine to glide effortlessly through hard bread crusts making neat clean slices. Also excellent for baked sweet breads, angel food cake, tomatoes and citrus fruit.

Fabulous bread knife from Miyabi with a perfect length for artisan bread and cakes. Very approachable, easy to care for and familiar in the hand. Made from superior FC61 stainless steel these knives are more chip and corrosion resistant than most Asian steels and will continue to have a strong serrated edge for much longer. The POM handle is smooth and feels secure even when wet.

The FC61 Steel really shows in this razor sharp & durable knife made in Japan. The serration is outstanding and cuts through crust breads with ease. Recently added to my Miyabi Knife collections and love the comfort of the handle and quality.

Amazing Bread Knife

It's a cross between Japanese and German: three rivet, curved handle is perfectly comfortable and my personal perference. The blade is all Japanese with it's amazingly sharp, serrated blade. But what makes it so amazing is how durable it is; it's made from a new type of steel, FC61, which is extremely durable and chip resistant. Slices through any hard loaf of bread with greatest of ease.

This beautiful bread knife cuts easily through different types of bread. It makes the job so easy.
The Miyabi Evolution is made from FC61 steel so it is very sharp and durable. The handle is extremely comfortable due to the shape. All in all, they are very beautiful knives.
