This is a great boning knife that is thin and has just enough flex to help you remove bones from chicken breasts, french racks of lamb and skim fat from a roast. Made from high quality German steel these knives are well balanced with a classic 3 rivet handle, full bolster, full tang, acute edge angle with a beautiful satin finish. Whether you are a home cook or a professional this is a great knife to have in your kitchen.

Love LOVE LOVE the 5.5 boning knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] !st time user of the 5.5 Boning Knife. It made my filleting of chicken into cutlets so easy. Im so sorry I didn't know about this knife sooner. So smooth to cut chicken and cut my prep time in half with very little waste!
