1st day and love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I have to try to keep centering the big pieces of pork chops to cut them in half. With this knife it just cut right through. No more balancing act.

Great boning knife!

Versatile Knife

Not only is this a great boning knife, but it also works well when removing a tomato peel and sectioning and peeling citrus. Comfortable grip that allows you to precisely remove bone and grissle. Has flexibility in the blade that contributes to the ease of use.
