I went through multiple knives trying to debone a deer and after trying multiple cheap knives I said screw it and went and bought this knife. this knife is extremely sharp and follows the bone easily and makes deboning your game meat so easy. in my older age I've come to realize that quality is worth the price and I definately found that in this knife. will probably end up buying the entire knife block to get rid of our cheap setup. definately worth the price!
