[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this knife to fillet meat and it is insane incredible. It's like cutting through butter. The cut is so clean and precise with no effort at all. I highly recommend this knife.

Sharp and precise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this boning knife to trim the fat cap from a pork shoulder butt roast. The boning knife handled the task with ease and precision. I also used it to carve through the pork and split it into two pieces, and knife was able to glide through the meat with minimal resistance. The knife is great, I hope it lasts for many years to come.
