This knife can is perfect for separating meat and bone or creating a pocket in meat for stuffing - think pork chops. The knife is flexible yet durable and razor sharp. Made from high quality German steel it will last a lifetime.

Extremely disappointed in the degree of sharpness right out of the box. 20% sharper than what? A pointed stick? I used to think of your products as top of the line but I doubt that I’ll ever buy another knife from you.
