This boning knife from Henckels is a super reliable tool for those specific prep tasks. The ergonomic handles allows for a comfortable grip while the thin, sharp blade handles the detailed work of deboning. This knife is well balanced and incredibly durable thanks to its forged construction and full tang, three-rivet handle.

A necessary tool for your kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing several TV shows expounding the virtues of having a boning knife among your other kitchen knives, I decided to buy one. Our other knives are Henckels as well so that is what I chose. The blade is very sharp, it's got a rounded tip and it's very thin and is great for separating meat from bones and joints. My partner used it to separate the fat cap from a brisket and commented on how well it worked and how easy it was to use. I recommend this knife.
