Ode to Cleaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife has a wonderful blade to handle weight ratio, allowing you to truly control the blade in any manner necessary. I have used this knife many of times, and every time it feels like the first. Keep your blade sharp and it keeps your dishes even sharper. I would recommend this as a gift to anyone that is passionate about cooking.
