You can tell thought and experience went into the construction of this cleaver. I recommend all cooks , on all levels get this cleaver for their knife collection.

6 inch Cleaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Henckles 6" cleaver is precision balanced, which means I can work for long periods of time without fatigue. I love making New Years black-eyed pea dip, which is labor intensive chopping large amounts, colors and varieties of hot chili peppers', green onions,garlic, and aromatics for a large batch of this dip, that all my friends love to eat. Black-eyed peas consumed on New Years guarantees a prosperous New Year. This cleaver makes quick work in the preparition, without wearing out my arm. I would definitely recommend purchase of this precision cleaver.
