Great knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been wanting a good quality clever for a while now and was very happy to see this Henckels under the Christmas tree! Have used it multiple times already and the weight distribution is great for ease of cutting through larger cuts of meat and cutting through bone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heft is really well balanced, giving the user a good sense of control and accuracy. Seems like a very decent steel from my perspective, and it maintained the sharp edge while using it on brittle rabbit bones.
