[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the Artisan handle as well as the powdered steel. Top edge of pinch grip is nicely finished eliminating sore edge of finger when doing lots of chopping. Very precise, but no twisting in hard items like squash and no bones...you may chip it.
Puts old Wustof in a drawer to be only used for hard squash. Highly recommended!
