Beautiful comfortable knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work as a chef at Dillards Corporate, and have been using this knife. It is a wonderful knife for long term use when it comes to handle comfort. Most of my knife set is shun and I love D shaped handles, but this one is the best of both worlds. When I pick it up it just feels like a professional tool. I love it. I wish I could get a chef knife from miyabi….. maybe in the future….

Super sharp knife

I love this bread knife! I can’t believe how well this knife cuts through my Italian bread, without tearing it up. This knife is so sleek and sharp. It exceeds my expectations!
