[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife cuts through crusty sourdough so easily. Even slicing with no effort. Comfortable to hold. Love this knife, recommend for anyone who bakes crusty loaves. I have never paid this much for a knife, but well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing knife, feels perfect in my hand and cuts bread like a champ. I don't use it for anything but bread so can't speak to that but it cuts through sourdough crust like it's cake

Beautiful comfortable knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work as a chef at Dillards Corporate, and have been using this knife. It is a wonderful knife for long term use when it comes to handle comfort. Most of my knife set is shun and I love D shaped handles, but this one is the best of both worlds. When I pick it up it just feels like a professional tool. I love it. I wish I could get a chef knife from miyabi….. maybe in the future….
