Fantastic product but the packaging leaves a lot to desire for. Each item was packed in an individual box too big for the item, and shipped separately. I received 4 big boxes for 4 very small items. Cdve all easily ft into one box.

A trditional serrated bread knife in a high quality Japanese knife line. Although not a common knife in Japan, this knife works with your collection.

This is a well crafted bread knife. The blade is made from super hard high carbon steel that is both durable and thin. The acute angle of the blade and the shape of the serration gives straight accurate slices. The Damascus pattern shows the artistry put into each knife. The handle is slightly thicker than traditional Japanese handles and is very comfortable to hold.

Best bread knife ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bread knife is simply amazing. City through bread like butter with little mess and handles very well. Extremely sharp so do be careful of using with other foods, I prefer to use it cutting garnishes for drinks like limes and lemons. 10/10 would buy again.

Sourdough Slice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife cuts through crusty sourdough so easily. Even slicing with no effort. Comfortable to hold. Love this knife, recommend for anyone who bakes crusty loaves. I have never paid this much for a knife, but well worth it.
