Beautiful Presentation

I love making escargot and I am really happy I found these escargot dishes because they are typically made out of ceramic and I love that these are made out of cast iron so that the when I am serving the escargot, it stays hot and browns the butter (the best part of escargot in my opinion!). These are also really easy to clean.

So much neater then dealing with those slippery shells. The deep wells are perfect for some nice garlicy herb butter and the snails themselves. The cast iron holds heat and keeps the butter nice and melted. They make a nice statement on the table.

Not just for snails!

Snails are not really my thing, but this dish is! It is so perfect for corn muffins, small buns or meatballs. This cast iron heats up perfectly so you get very nice browning. I also love that it holds its heat keeping your food warm for serving.
It's nice that unlike traditional cast iron, this can be washed with soap and water and does not have to be seasoned.
I would recommend this to a friend!
