Nice for small portions

This is a perfect slim profile fish pan for cooking whole or filet of fish. The lid keeps your fish moist and the cast iron ensures even cooking. Best of all clean up with all staub cast iron is easy because of the matte black interior which needs no "seasoning".

Fish for two!

This is the perfect little pan for cooking a single fish. Staub's unque self basting lid cooks it to perfection keeping it extremely moist. The black interior cleans up like a champ, simple soap and water.

The cast iron on this covered pan is not as think as your typical cast iron, but it is the perfect thickness for cooking fish. Fish cooks faster than most of your other proteins so the covered dish is fantastic for fish. The fish pan goes from oven to table as well, adding to the charm of any tablescape.

I love working with whole fish but never had the right pan. This one is great. The size and shape are perfect. It heats evenly and retains the moisture and steam keeping my fish perfectly tender and moist. It works great in the oven but i also love using it on my grill. The enamel cast iron cleans up very easily and always looks perfect.

We usually cook our fish in the oven on a pan with foil but love the ease of the pan specifically for fish, right out of oven to table with beautiful presentation! Such an awesome and unique pan
