Nice design idea WAY TOO SMALL not enough for 1 person Useless for cooking Stab become a toy maker. I am sending back for full refund VERY SAD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the lid that comes with the dish to keep your fish warm. We usually cook our fish in the oven on a pan with foil but love the ease of the pan specifically for fish, right out of oven to table with beautiful presentation! Such an awesome and unique pan

unique pan

I love working with whole fish but never had the right pan. This one is great. The size and shape are perfect. It heats evenly and retains the moisture and steam keeping my fish perfectly tender and moist. It works great in the oven but i also love using it on my grill. The enamel cast iron cleans up very easily and always looks perfect.

The cast iron on this covered pan is not as think as your typical cast iron, but it is the perfect thickness for cooking fish. Fish cooks faster than most of your other proteins so the covered dish is fantastic for fish. The fish pan goes from oven to table as well, adding to the charm of any tablescape.

The shape and the weight on this fish baker are so unique! I love the elegant look of preparing and serving a lovely fillet of fish. The cast iron does a beautiful job of searing the outside, and the lid allows it to cook thru

Since it retains juices/moisture...opening lid and/or flipping is not required. Always cooks it the same way due to heating consistency.
