Roasted vegetables and sheet pan dinners for two just got a new serving piece! No need to roast and transfer to a serving platter...this goes from oven to table and keeps it piping hot right up to serving. Great black matte coating doesn't need seasoning and cleans up easily.

Fajitas for two? Plancha roasted prawns in garlic butter. Flatbreads. Tortillas server. Baking dish - great for S'mores. Wasn't sure what I'd use this for, and now I've found a list of things. The quality cast iron is enamel coated and requires no seasoning. Can take the high heat of a broiler, and the direct heat of a stove. Fabulous!

I use this at all my family gatherings and love that i can take it straight from the oven to the table with the wood base. I also use this for serving whenever I have a buffet gathering. Good for muffins, meats, cheeses, cheeses, it is limitless. It is another one of my kitchen go-to's!!

Bought a new stove which has a long rectangular burner in the middle. This is perfect for that. I saute vegetables (peppers, onions, asparagus) while I prepare rest of dinner. I especially like that I can take it from stove and serve in wooden holder & stays nice and hot.

The heat capability of the pan is amazing. I sear steaks on it and then whisk it to the table.
I have also used it to make a vegetable stir fry or most recently I used it as a serving platter. So versatile.

This is a great searing and serving pan, just pop into the oven get the steaks nice and sizzling hot, bring to the table and the base keeps it safe.
