I love these for individual mini corn breads, lemon cakes, banana nut breads or other desserts, too! Nice for entertaining and that each person gets their own serving!

Love, love, love this rectangular baker. It is my perfect bread pan! The cast iron heats up so well that makes a nice crispy outside. Great for cornbread too!

This little baker makes a great dish to warm and serve appetizers in. The cast iron keeps things warm longer than ceramic and the weight is perfect to stop it from slipping when dipping! I'd like to ahanve 1 or 2 more.

These come in handy. Great for individual servings of favorite desserts - warm brownie smothered in ice cream and caramel. But also for appetizers - raclette melts well and gets a nice crust; tapas. These pans are enamel coated so they are easy to clean and maintain. Dishwasher safe.

Perfect for individual servings. Love to make mac and cheese in these , also individual pot pies. Our absolute favorite is to use for brownies, the crust / edge comes out perfectly. Cast iron enamel is an amazing heat conductor. Bakers can be used on any cooking surface (there is a smooth enamel bottom) as well as the oven up to 500F.

Great size for single or shared appetizer, soufflé or dessert. Solid Staub cast iron construction will last forever! Enameled everywhere for easier clean-up

This little cast iron baker makes a great serving piece for a buffet, along with others, or for single servings at the table. The cast iron retains heat or cold, so if you are serving warm dishes, they will stay that way and if you are serving cold dishes, just put in the fridge or freezer, and they will remain cold. The best little baker!
