My new cornbread pan

Cast iron is so awesome for baking because it heats thoroughly, evenly and holds the temperature so well.
I love making cornbread just like my grandma, but didn't enjoy the hassle or cast iron care. Staub is enameled on the inside and out; no seasoning required, just soap and water.
I can preheat my pan on the stovetop, pour in my batter and take it straight to the oven. I get a nice crispy crust just like I always remembered.

This is also perfect for a casserole for 1 or 2; brownies are delicious and don't forget how great potatoes taste when they get a crispy crust.

Mini bakers are great for individual servings or a baked cheese appetizer. Use several for each person to have their own or side dish with all the yummyness of the crispy edges! Looks like traditional cast iron but is coated in Staub's matte black coating that doesn't require seasoning and cleans up easily!

This cast iron baking dish is perfect for individual portions of baked side dishes and desserts. The cast iron heats very evenly and gives great browning. The enamel coating means no seasoning and the matte texture gives great browning. Once out of the oven it stays hot at the table so it works great when cooking for a crowd. These always make an appearance at my holiday table.

This pan is the perfect size for small families. The cast iron really conducts heat and is a great pan to roast vegetables, make casseroles, strata, bread puddings and brownies. Anything that calls for a nice crusty bottom is really perfect for these pans.
