Great baker piece

I bought this for a couple friends as a wedding gift and they loved it! They love to make casseroles and desserts and love how well the enameled cast iron cooks everything so evenly. They love the black matte color and how it still looks like a traditional cast iron piece but better. They love how versatile the piece is and how it can go in the oven to fridge to dishwasher, a super convenient piece to have in a kitchen.

Always excited to see various menu items prepared and served in individual Staub pieces when dining at area restaurants. The enameled cast iron interior produces wonderful results for any number of dishes; roasted chicken quarters, seared beef, roasted vegetables, gratins, pasta dishes, and desserts.

OMG, love this baker for single serving size of all thing au gratin. You can use this on the grill, stovetop, oven and broiler.

I love using these bakers for dinner parties. Everyone gets their own little serving dish, usually an Au Gratin of some kind, the food stays hot and each person can enjoy the crispy goodness that happens on the bottom and sides.
