Great knife design

I've never seen another knife that's design like this and I don't know what I did without it! I love using this for any small job in the kitchen from peeling and chopping garlic to slicing apples. I used to use a paring knife for these tasks, but I love using this knife instead because it has knuckle clearance. The handle is very comfortable to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The utility knife is one of my most used knives in my kitchen. I like the blade shape of this utility knife as it supports rocking and chopping motions. The handle is well balance and feels good in my hand which is very important. I use this knife almost as much as I use a chef knife.

perfect knife

I wanted a knife that was not too big. This one is the perfect size. Bigger than a pairing knife smaller than those big chef knives. It fits all of my needs. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The Henckels blade is very sharp and stays that way for a long time.

The perfect blade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blade is perfectly balanced. Is extremely easy to palm, my fingers easily find a home whenever I pick it up. Such a sharp blade, easily slides through fruit and vegetables. The slight curve is perfect for skinning or fine chopping.

The Statement 5" prep knife is a fantastic addition to my knife collection. Perfect for those in between jobs, that are too small for a regular chef's knife. Can mince, slice, and dice just as well, takes up less room and is well priced.
