Great prep

A great starter prep knife, this Statement knife has a nice handle to provide maximum comfort while chopping and slicing food. A great alternative knife to using a Chef knife, it’s a smaller blade, but big enough for use on a cutting board to still get nice slices and cuts on fruits and veggies.

Everyone should have a prep knife this size in their cutlery collection. This Statement version has a really nice handle allowing for a comfortable grip and the durable steel is sharp and will stay that way for a long time.

What a deal. I love the shape of the blade on the prep knife. Larger than a paring so great for medium size tasks. Very versatile. The curved handle is comfortable. Great value.

This prep knife is extremely popular. More versatile than a utility knife, it slices and cores, and minces and dices.
The Statement line is a very distinctive, and very popular around the world. Stamped from high quality German steel, they are durable and will maintain their sharpness with normal care. These full tang knives feature an steel cap at feel secure in most hands. The curve at the end of the handle is comfortable for larger hands. These knives are a very good value.

Awesome knife for slicing longer vegetables and fruits. I like to use this for grapefruits, larger oranges and cantaloupe. Super sharp and durable with a well balanced feel to it. Classic three rivet look and comfortable handle.

This statement prep knife is will be the next addition to my daughter's knife block. It is perfect for small food she cuts rather than an 8" chef knife. I liked the shape of the handle because it is so comfortable, the length is perfect and every cook will enjoy using this knife.Fabricated from durable, high-quality stainless steel, Statement's single-piece, stamped blade construction is lighter than forged knives. It is dishwasher safe..!!!

Substantial pistol grip handle and sharp blade make this prep knife great for most cutting needs. Larger than a paring knife, but more maneuverable than a chef's knife, it is a good all around. Good value.
