Great boning knife! Sharp fine edge, German steel blade works perfectly with deboning chicken or chops and stays very sharp. Handle has a nice weight and I love the durable riveted handle.

Great boning knife! The handle is nice, it’s easy to hold when breaking down chickens. We also use it to butterfly open chicken breast and pork chops.

Synergy knives are a great way to get a value priced forged knife. They are sturdy and made from high quality stainless steel. A boning knife makes trimming meat so much easier. The blade is thin and super sharp with a nice tip for ease in maneuvering around bones and for trimming fat.

Boning, slicing and filleting meats and fish. Wider handle is comfortable to hold. the knife is extremely sharp, and easy to maneuver.
