This Forged Synergy 5.5 boning knife is a great lightweight, flexible knife perfect for getting around bones. This handle is very comfortable and although it is a value line knife, the blade is still very sharp.

Great Boning Blade

This boning knife is great when working with poultry and meat. The narrow tapered end permits greater control as you work around muscle and bone. Forged bolster and contoured handle make it comfortable to hold.

I like the size and shape of this boning knife. Its made from German steel so durable yet flexible so you can get into the tight spaces between meat and bone. Also perfect for filleting a fish. Handle is super comfortable making it easy to grip.

A forged blade is flexible but durable, sharp, and sturdy. This Forged Synergy is fabricated from high-quality German stainless steel. This knife has comfortable grip on the handle for better maneuvering when deboning meat, fish, and poultry. Excellent boning knife for pork tenderloins, a rack of lamb, excess skin and fat for certain beef and pork cuts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy, sharp and perfectly balanced! One of my specialties is a whole boneless stuffed turkey roll… this is the only knife needed! (Just need som pliers to pull the leg pins.). Highly recommend!
