I lovely knife to show off. The carving knife from Bob Kramer makes quite a statement. The classic lines of a Kramer handle, the 100 layer damascus pattern surrounds incredibly sharp and strong 63 Rockwell center core steel. A keepsake for sure.

Premium SG2 micro-carbide Japanese-made slicer is incredibly stable and sharp. 100 additional wraps fortify & create unique Damascus pattern. Handle is comfortable and durable.

This is one of the most beautiful knives I have ever seen. The blade has a beautiful chevron design and it is one of the sharpest knives I've used. The handle is very comfortable and feels like it was designed with great thought.

I wanted something special to use at my holiday table. Not only is it a very attractive knife, it is of the utmost quality. The handle is very comfortable to hold. I love the mosaic pin in the center. The chevron pattern on the blade is a work of art. The craftsmanship and artistry shine through. The blade itself is super sharp and holds its edge for a long time as well as being easy to maintain. The blade is a little bit longer than the average slicer making it ideal for any size turkey roast. The thin profile gives thin accurate slices every time. This will be at all my holiday dinners for many years to come.

Purchased this for my husband's special birthday, and he is thrilled. Chief carver at Thanksgiving, and family gatherings, and always complains about the carver.
Not only is this knife beautiful with it's 100 layers of Damascus, but it is so sharp that you can easily get nice even, thin cuts with little effort. Nice handle grip, and curved bolster is so comfortable. This knife is just about perfect.

This knife is for anyone who appreciates beauty and function. The Bob Kramer Euroline Damascus 9" carving knife is incredibly sharp which is why I am able to achieve exceptional, professional results. The SG2 Steel is extremely hard, which keeps the blade razor sharp and a pleasure to use. The Damascus design protects the inner core of the knife, while creating a beautiful unique Chevron pattern. The handle is formed from linen Micarta, which looks and feels like wood yet extremely durable and easy to maintain.
If you are looking an amazing forever knife, don't pass on this one.
