The ultimate slicing knife... Bob Kramer out did himself when he designed the EUROLINE S/S Damascus collection; and every holiday when I bring this out to carve a roast, turkey, or ham; it’s not only impressive, but it makes me feel good being able glide right through cuts of meat with so much ease and precision. You have to, you just have to!

The best carving knife

This is the ultimate long blade. This blade is so long, that it is perfect for a minimal number of slices on large pieces of meat, fish, produce, and veggies. With the Kramer Damascus carving knife, you get an optimal blade that has 100 layers of SG2 steel that slices anything like butter. The beautiful design of the Chevron pattern and Micarta handle makes this a statement piece for any chef.

Carving has never been easier with this Damascus carving knife. The durable blade is incredibly sharp, making it effortless to cut through food. And the bellied handle allows for a really comfortable grip.

This Kramer 9" slicing knife cuts food comfortably that is so satisfying to your hand as well!
Will slice through a festive holiday food, family size roast beef and pot roast, a big chunk of brisket corned beef,will effortless carve turkey on Thanksgiving dinner and will cut , bread, and large fruits.
It is stainless steel Damascus knife features a blade to perfection and hardness.
Bob Kramer's design has wide handle for better control and grip.
Combined with the SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, the ice-hardened CRYODUR blades deliver scalpel-like sharpness, stay sharper longer and can withstand more sharpening over their lifespan.
The SG2 super steel core is protected by an exceptionally beautiful 100-layer Chevron Damascus pattern, which is complimented by a stunning black linen Micarta handle and signature Bob Kramer mosaic pin. This knife is MC63 Rockwell Hardness = exceptional edge retention.

This 101 layer Damascus patterned blade with acute edge angle allows clean slices in a single stroke. Linen micarta handle is moisture and slip resistant for added control.

This is my second Kramer designed knife because I needed one to carve a turkey. Well, it's great for a lot more than just that. Super Sharp, beutifull Demascus design and made in Japan.
