Lightweight and Sharp

Great Chef's Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently took a knife skills class at a local culinary store. The chef teaching the class encouraged us to try several different knives. He said, when choosing a knife, start with the handle. All the knives had very good blades, but for me, the Miyabi was by far the most comfortable one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Miyabi Evolution 8” Chef knife is out standing because it has the heft and balance of a German style blade with the sharpness of a Japanese blade. The fine edge glides thru everything we have tried so far and has yet to show any signs of needing any edge maintenance after several weeks of use.
