The feel of this knife is wonderful! Very light and balanced and easy to control. Straight out of the box it sliced and chopped so smoothly with no resistance.

Absolutely love my Miyabi Chef’s knife! This and the paring knife were my first 2 high-quality knives, and WOW, does it make a huge difference. The chefs knife has a comfortable handle, sleek blade, and cuts through meat and vegetables like butter. I will be upgrading my entire kitchen knife collection to the Miyabi Evolution series.

I absolutely LOVE this knife. It came out of the box sharp as a razor, and after the many times I (and only myself) have used it, its still extremely sharp. The weight is perfect, as well as the angle of the blade. Overall, I'd give this a 10 star review if I had the ability to!

Great, great, great knife for anyone that has been cooking for a while and knows how to handle a very sharp knife. It feels amazing in your hand, love the weight and how easy it cuts through most of the stuff I've put it against. I've been wanting to get a personal knife for a while and had tried from friends other Zwilling products and thought I wanted a german knife but when I saw how beautiful this one was, and for the price, I got swooped away! It's as useful as it is pretty, lol, so happy with it.

Great fusion knife!

A great blend of Japanese blade and European style. The blade is razor sharp out of the box and the handle is extremely comfortable for prolonged use. I'm very happy with this knife and it has become my go to when I'm in the kitchen.
