Knife goes slice

The knife is very sharp. It effortlessly slices through the toughest vegetables. Its great ability to not only slice but stab, leads me to believe it is a chef leading knife in the field. I would recommend to a friend. I only wish it came with a sheath or blade cover for storage as I do not own a knife block.

Sharpest Knife in the Drawer

I got this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it. It beats out any knife I've ever owned easily. I would highly recommend this if you're tired of your dull kitchen knife set and don't want to buy an entire new set. This one knife can do a lot.

Nice weight, super sharp and smooth action. I was hesitant to replace my knife of 15 years because I so used to the grip but glad I bought this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great utility knife for all around prep. Nothing too fancy but it gets the job done and stays sharp. The blade is a little taller like western style knives so if you have bigger hands your knuckles will not drag.
Would recommend for someone looking for a fun twist between Japanese and German style blades.
