Would highly recommend, especially to those who pinch the spine of the blade while using it and those that have larger hands.

Best chefs knife I've ever used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously, this is the best knife I've ever used. I thought I had good quality knives before from a competing brand but this blows them out of the water. I finally can experience what the professional chefs on food network can do slicing through anything with ease. The only thing is you definitely need to be careful not to cut yourself since you won't know you've cut yourself right away. Amazing!!!

Great size, weight and cutting edge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The knife is a beauty in its own right, from the blade etching to the red details along the tang. The weight is good enough to feel sturdy and is better balanced for a pinched grip.
Out of the box the edge turns paper to confetti and can make quick work with sturdier root vegetables.
There is an included tip guard in the box but no sheath.
Very impressed with the blade so far.
