[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this knife as a gift. It is razor sharp. It was very comfortable in the hand and well balanced. I could balance it on one finger! Going to start looking for additional knives in this series!

The handle is perfect, the blade is super sharp and it literally feels like I’m slicing through butter when really I’m chopping potatoes! First Miyabi knife after using Global knives for a while, but I’m definitely getting myself some more! Love love love!
