My daily driver for years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you want a knife that will break bones on ribs then chiffonade basil after you clean it? You found the right one. Super comfy handle, just enough length to skin salmon filets, maintains an edge great. Sexy lines and a beautiful polish finish. This has been my daily driver on 16 hour shifts 6 days a week in the food industry for 5 years. I can’t stop buying this knife. I gift it to my cooks and have a few in my bag as loaners and use them at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this knife. As a prep cook, days are busy. Using the Miyabi Evolution chef's knife has helped with my hand fatigue. This knife is so sharp it makes my work easy. I would highly recommend Miyabi knives. Slices through Veg. like "Butter".
