I bought this as a gift for my son in law. He loves to cook and figured he needed a good knife to use in the kitchen. He absolutely loves it. The weight and balance are spot on. The sharpness and performance is phenomenal. I'm thinking that I may need to purchase one for myself

Sharp easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife is light but mighty. As soon as I received it I tried the paper test. The knife easily sliced through a sheet of paper. It’s also been great for chopping prep veggies.
