Great all purpose chefs knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a Henckels use for over 15 years. I loved the 4 star line and was planning on replacing my old chefs knife with the same model. The salesman told me to take a look at the Miyabi 8" and I decided to buy it. I'm very impressed with the weight and balance. An incredible edge and great maneuverability.
